Biography

College: Second year member of the BC Men's Volleyball team... In 2010, played in 51 games for the Bulldogs, compiling 45 kills, and finishing second on the team with 33 blocks.

High School: Attended Abraham Lincoln, member of the track and field team... City champions in triple jump in 2006, placed seventh in state during the indoor season.

Personal: Physical Education major... Represented NYC in triple jump during the Empire State games in 2010.

Coach Salak Says: "Russell shows great promise as a middle hitter. He is currently one of our best blocking middles. During practices it is clear that he is dedicated to improving and mastering all aspects of his position."
