Nicole Francomano joined the Brooklyn College women’s basketball coaching staff as an Assistant Coach ahead of the 2023–2024 season, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for the program. In her first two seasons on the sidelines, Francomano helped guide the Bulldogs to back-to-back CUNYAC Championships and consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances.

Prior to coaching, Francomano was a 4-year starting point guard for the Bulldogs (2011-2015). She is a 1,000 point scorer as well as the program's All-Time Assist Leader. During her playing career, she led the team to four straight 20-win seasons, compiling an impressive 90–30 overall record. Her individual accolades include three selections to the CUNYAC All-Star Second Team and a pivotal role in BC’s first ECAC Championship Tournament title in 2015.

As a coach, Francomano specializes in individual skill development and film study, working closely with the team’s point guards and wings. Her firsthand experience as a Bulldog and her dedication to player development make her an invaluable asset to the coaching staff.
