College: Fourth-year member of the BC Women's Basketball team. In 2023-2024, named CUNYAC Second Team All-Star, starting in 23 of the 24 games played, averaging 12.7 points per game and 5.2 rebounds per game to go along with 33 total steals, 14 blocks and 49 assists, while shooting 36.2% overall, 33.5% from three and 73.8% at the free throw line. In 2022-2023, named 1st Team CUNYAC All-Star...played in 23 games averaging 13.8 points and 5.0 rebounds. In 2021-22, named 1st Team CUNYAC All-Star...Played in 26 games with 24 starts...Averaged 14.1 ppg and 5.0 rpg...Led CUNYAC with 79 three-point makes while also leading in three-point shooting percentage (.362)....Helped team to CUNYAC Championship and first win in program history in NCAA Tournament. In 2019-2020, averaged 10.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2 assists per game. Led the entire CUNYAC from beyond the arc, shooting 41.8% from deep. Named CUNYAC Rookie of the Week twice throughout the season. Helped lead the team to their second CUNYAC championship in 3 seasons. 

High School: Attended James Madison High School. Helped team to three straight PSAL A City Championships (2016-17, 2017-18, and 2018-19). Named MVP of the 2017-18 title game. Amassed 1432 points during her high school career. Also lettered in volleyball, softball, and flag football. 

Personal: Born in 2000. Parents are Justine and William. Majoring in Physical Education. 

Coach Lang Says: "Ericka has consistently been one of the top guards in the conference, and has the ability to be the best player on the court any given game. She can shoot the three-point shot as well or better than any player who has worn the Bulldog jersey, and is a steady player who seems to always make solid plays on both ends of the floor. Ericka is a senior who has been a huge part of our team's success during her career. She has been a tremendous player to coach; someone who always seems to step up in big moments."
