Brooklyn College Athletics

College: Third-year member of the BC Women's Basketball team. Transfer from LaGuardia CC. In 2019-2020, returning from injury Richburg averaged 6.0 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.08 assists per game. Surpassed the 1,000 career point mark on November 12, 2019. Helped team to second CUNYAC title in 3 seasons. In 2016-2017, averaged 7.5 points, 2 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. Named a 2015-16 NJCAA All-American, Region XV Player of the Year, CUNYAC Community College Player of the Year, and the CUNYAC CC Tournament MVP. Helped lead team to CUNYAC CC Championship. As a freshman was named a CUNYAC CC All-Star, Second Team All-Region XV, and to the CUNYAC CC All-Tournament Team. 

High School: Attended Medgar Evers Prep. 

Personal: Parents are Kenneth Richburg and Marcelyn Lee. Born in 1996. Majoring in Business Management

Coach Lang Says: "Kailyn is an amazing ball-handler who can break a defense down and make plays.  She's been a huge addition to the team after missing last season with an injury. She is someone who has the ability to do anything on the court, either scoring, assisting or getting a big steal."
