Biography

College: First-year member of the BC Women's Volleyball team... In 2014, played in 26 games, recording 52 kill, 143 digs and a team leading 497 assists. Was named to the CUNYAC Women's Volleyball All Star Second Team.

High School: Attended Benjamin N. Cardozo... Played three seasons on the girls varsity volleyball team, where she racked up 434 assists and 73 aces in 30 matches. Played a key role in leading Cardozo to the 2013 Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) A Division Girls Volleyball Championship as the top seed.

Personal: Full name is Zhan Cheng Yin... Parent is Manwaiwan.... Born in 1996... Exercise Science major.

Coach Riggs Says: "Jessica is the only true freshman on the team, but comes from a very competitive high school and club team. Her experience and knowledge about the sport will propel this team forward."
