Brooklyn College Athletics

Egzon Gjonbalaj - The 6-5 senior swingman from Brooklyn has played an integral part in the Bulldogs’ 5-0 start during the month of November.  He has posted averages of 19.7 ppg, 8.2 rpg, 5.0 apg, 2.0 spg and a little over one blocked shot per contest.  In BC’s first weekend of action, he helped the Bulldogs to the Case Western Tip-off tournament championship, and was named to the All-Tournament team with averages of 22.0 ppg and 9.5 rpg through the first two games.  Since the start of the season, his 118 points has helped him surpass Dexter Gordon (1988-92), Daniel Nisbett (2007-10), and Chris Peterson (1997-00) to become Brooklyn College’s 8th all-time leading scorer.  He is well on his way to become one of the men’s basketball greats to have ever put on a Brooklyn College uniform!
