Brooklyn College Athletics

The sophomore was lights during the month of April for the Bulldogs, helping the squad to its second CUNYAC semifinal in a row as the No. 3 seed in the conference tournament.  Mathur finished the month with a perfect 8-0 record in doubles with seven wins at the No. 2 position and a non-conference victory at St. Joe's Long Island at the top flight.  He also dominated in singles finishing the month with a 7-1 ((6-1 at the No. 2 position and 1-0 at the top flight) mark.  On April 15, the 2018 CUNYAC Rookie of the Year was named the conference's Player of the Week after a 3-0 record in both doubles and singles including huge conference wins over Hunter and John Jay.
