Box Score Brooklyn, NY --- The Brooklyn College Men's Soccer team defeated borough and conference rival Medgar Evers College, 9-0, on Wednesday afternoon at BC Field in City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) action.
With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 7-5 overall on the season and 4-1 in the CUNYAC; while the Cougars fall to 1-8 overall on the year and 0-5 in conference play.
Taking advantage of a limited Megar Evers roster, which had just nine players, BC got on the board early and often, as the Bulldogs found the back of the net seven times to take a 7-0 halftime lead.

Hassan Wehbeh.
The game was originally scheduled to be held at Aviator Field, but was moved to the BC campus as Aviator Field is currently closed due to the ongoing government shutdown.
Brooklyn will be back in action this Saturday, October 12th, as the Bulldogs will travel to Randall's Island, Field #72, to take on the Bloodhounds of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, in another key CUNYAC matchup. The game is slated for a 3:00 pm start time.
