Brooklyn, NY --- The Brooklyn College Women's and Men's Basketball teams have advanced to the semifinal rounds of  the 2013 City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC)/Con Edison Basketball Championships.

The #2 seeded BC Women defeated the #7 seeded City College of New York (CCNY) Beavers, 71-21, on Saturday, February 16th to advance to the semifinals, which will be held, tomorrow, Wednesday, February 20th. Brooklyn will take on the #3 seeded College of Staten Island Dolphins at 8:00 pm.

The #4 seeded BC Men defeated the #5 seeded Medgar Evers College Cougars in a thrilling, 79-76 triple overtime victory, on Sunday, February 17th, to move on to the semifinals on Thursday, February 21st. Brooklyn will take on the top seeded Dolphins of the College of Staten Island at 6:00 pm.

Both semifinals games will be held at Nat Holman Gymnasium on the campus of CCNY.

If you can't attend the games, Brooklyn College Radio will be on hand to broadcast all postseason games online via http://mywbcr.com/. The pre-game show will begin 30 minutes before every game and will go on air 10 minutes before game time.
