Bronx, NY---The Brooklyn College Bulldogs (5-5, 4-0 CUNYAC) dominated conference foe Lehman (2-2, 0-2 CUNYAC) on Saturday, taking two games of a doubleheader, 12-5 and 12-1. The wins were the squad's first road wins of the season.
Game one saw senior hurler
Kayla Hill control the game while also helping her own cause from the plate. Â The co-captain struck out 12 Lightning batters, while going four for five and driving in a run.
In game two, the Bulldogs continued to swing away, matching their game one total of 12 runs. Â
Kimberly Brennan drove in a game-high four runs, while also pitching five innings of one-run ball and striking out 10.
Brooklyn will be back in action on Tuesday as they'll travel to Newburgh to take on Mount Saint Mary in a non-conference doubleheader.
