Brooklyn, NY---Tied 2-2 at the half, freshman midfielder
Azizjon Ziyaev scored his second and third goals of the match in the second half to give the Brooklyn College men's soccer team their fourth victory in a row (all in CUNYAC) over Hunter Colllege this afternoon. BC improves to 6-6-2 and 5-2 in CUNYAC with the victory. Hunter drops to 3-12-1 and 3-4 in conference play with the loss. The Bulldogs will be back in action at Brooklyn College field on Monday as they host Rowan University in a non-conference match. Kickoff is slated for 5pm.

Kevin Pluviose put the Bulldogs on the board first in the eighth minute of the match on a textbook cross from freshman forward
Brian Navarette.
-Navarette picked up his second assist of the match in the 17th minute on a right wing to left pass to Ziyaev for his first goal of the match.
-Hunter answered with a pair of goals within a minute of each other in the 32nd minute to knot the match 2-2 heading into halftime.
-Both teams remained scoreless until Ziyaev scored the game-winner in the 66th minute on a free kick from above the box.
-The freshman standout Ziyaev scored the Bulldogs' insurance goal in the 75th minute on a lovely lead pass from senior defensive midfielder
