Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College men's soccer team won their fifth conference match in a row and fifth of their last six matches this afternoon with a 6-1 victory over CCNY at Brooklyn College Field. Freshman midfielder,
Azizjon Ziyaev, recorded his third hat-trick of the season for 13 goals on the season. BC improves to 7-7-2 overall and 6-2 to complete regular season conference play. CCNY drops to 0-13 with the loss. Brooklyn closes the regular season in a non-conference home match on Senior Night against Albertus Magnus.

-Ziyaev put the Bulldogs on the board first in the 17th minute with a curling free kick from the left hash mark. He scored the match's second goal in the 24th minute on an assist from senior midfielder
Jordy Ortiz.
-Sophomore forward
Kevin Pluviose would give the Bulldogs a 3-0 halftime lead in the 34th minute on an assist from freshman forward Brian Navarrete.
-Pluviose scored his second goal of the afternoon in the 62nd minute off of a rebound.
-Ziyaev completed the hat-trick on a penalty kick in the 84th minute.
-CCNY would get on the board less than a minute after the successful BC penalty kick.
-Ortiz notched his third point of the match with a goal in the 86th minute.
