Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men's Soccer Falls Late Against Baruch, 1-0

Randall's Island, NY---With only two minutes remaining in regulation, the Brooklyn College men's soccer team was upended on a set piece goal, falling to Baruch College, 1-0, in conference play this morning.  The Bulldogs move to 2-12 overall and 2-3 in CUNYAC with the loss while Baruch improved to 7-3-1 and 5-0 in the conference with the victory.  Brooklyn continues conference play at home against CCNY on Wednesday, October 10, at 4:00 pm.  

In the 88', a Brooklyn foul gave the Bearcats a free kick, which they converted into a header to the back of the net for the game-winner. 

Baruch out-shot Brooklyn 19-3 for the match including 8-1 on shots on goal.  Brooklyn junior midfielder, Stewart Bailon, finished with two of the Bulldogs' three shots including the shot on goal.  

Brooklyn sophomore goalie, Balint Barabas, finished with six saves in all ninety minutes of action.
