Brooklyn, NY---Late turnovers proved costly for the Brooklyn College men's basketball team tonight as it fell to the College of Staten Island, 69-65, at the West Quad Center. Brooklyn moves to 8-5 and 3-1 in the conference with the loss while CSI improves to 9-6 and 5-1. The Bulldogs continue conference play at Baruch on Wednesday.
How It Happened
-With the Bulldogs leading 62-56 with 2:33 remaining in the contest, CSI went on a 13-0 run, which didn't end until :24 remaining. The Dolphins capitalized on three BC turnovers in the final two minutes of action.
-The Bulldogs stormed back from being down 52-47 with 8:44 to go in regulation to taking a 56-52 lead thanks to a 9-0 run capped by a three-point play completed by junior guard,
Michael Tesoriero.
-A physical game throughout, the Dolphins grabbed a 31-28 halftime lead.
-The Dolphins shot 44.8% from the field to the Bulldogs' 31.4% in the second half.
-CSI's Christian Taylor and Adeola Latunji combined for 54 points.

-Tesoriero scored a game-high 19 points dished out nine assists, and grabbed eight rebounds. Sophomore guard,
Noah Shy, added twelve points and grabbed eight rebounds.
-Junior guard
Orri Cohen had another stellar showing off of the bench finishing with 12 points.
Leading the Dolphins
-Taylor scored a game-high 29 points, grabbed six rebounds, and dished out six assists.
-Latunji scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.
