Brooklyn, NY---In a match that saw most of its offensive action in the second half, the Brooklyn College men's soccer team was unable to hold off a pesky Sarah Lawrence squad that scored twice in the final thirteen minutes of the match to pull out a 3-2 win. Brooklyn drops to 0-5 overall while Sarah Lawrence improves to 3-3-1. The Bulldogs remain home for a noon match against non-conference local foe, St. Joseph's Brooklyn, this Saturday, September 21.

-With BC clinging to their 2-1 lead, the Gryphons aggressive offensive play worked in their favor as Owen Smith tied the game inside the box with his left foot that hit the post and crossed the goal line.
-SLC's Pacqui Pascual scored the game-winner on a rebounded header off of Sinjin Mendenhall's shot that hit the crossbar.
-BC out-shot the Gryphons 25-19 for the match including 13-12 in shots-on-goal.
