BC Men Put On Show For Senior Night, Knock Off Medgar 108-77

Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Men's Basketball Team honored their seniors on Tuesday night, but also had one senior, Michael Tesoriero, return to the lineup to spark what would be a season-best performance by the Bulldogs, routing borough rival Medgar Evers in the team's last showing before the CUNYAC Tournament begins this weekend.  Brooklyn, who will enter the tournament as the #5 seed, will travel to #4 Hunter on Saturday.  The time for that game has yet to be announced.

How it Happened
  • The Bulldogs started the game on fire, hitting four three-pointers in the first six minutes of play to take an early 18-4 advantage.
  • After going up by as much as 20 (35-15), the Cougars responded with a 16-3 run to cut the deficit to 38-31 with 4:49 remaining in the first half.
  • Brooklyn brought the lead to 16 at the half, and then scored the first 14 points of the second half to go up by 30 and take complete control of the game.

Leading the Bulldogs
