How It Happened

- With the second game tied, 17-17, the Cougars made their move with a three-point rally on a pair of kills and a service to force a BC timeout. The Cougars closed out the second game with three straight scores.
- Brooklyn came out of the gate on a roll before Misericordia responded with four straight scores for a 5-4 advantage. Already leading 12-8, the Cougars padded their lead with a three-score rally that BC wouldn't be able to recover from for the remainder of the game.
