Brooklyn, NY----A competitive match throughout, the Brooklyn College women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference match at home to New Jersey City University, 3-0 (25-22, 26-24, 25-23). Brooklyn falls to 10-9 overall with the loss while NJCU improves to 12-6 with the victory. BC will look to bounce back on Tuesday in a big conference match on the road at John Jay.
The Gothic Knights were the more efficient team this evening, committing 21 attacking errors to BC's 27. Brooklyn finished the match with a -.022 hitting percentage. Despite this, the Bulldogs were in every set until the end as they rallied for eight straight scores in the final set to cut NJCU's lead to 24-23. Freshman outside hitter
