Bristol. PA----BC Women's Soccer dropped a 7-1 decision at Cairn on Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs drop to 0-4 overall with the non-conference loss while Cairn improves to 2-3. The Bulldogs remain on the road for their non-conference slate at New Jersey City on Wednesday, 9/22.

Yagersys Laya, scored BC's first goal of the season and of her collegiate career in 88' assisted by junior forward,
Astrid Rivera.
Cairn jumped out on top in 1' and added the winning goal in 15'. They would go on to take a 4-0 halftime lead.
The home team outshot the visitors 36-8 on the afternoon. BC midfielder,
Rachel Gomez, had six shots, all on-target for the Bulldogs.

Angelina Vasta finished with 15 saves for the match in all ninety minutes between the sticks.
Dakota Hitchner and Sarah Jackson both scored a pair of goals for the Highlanders.
