Union, NY---The BC Women's Volleyball team had their five-match winning streak snapped this afternoon as they dropped both matches at a non-conference trimatch hosted by Kean U. Falling 3-0 (25-16, 25-21, 25-20) in their first match of the day to Penn State Behrend, the Bulldogs dropped the final match of the day to the host, 3-0 (27-25, 25-23, 25-13).
Despite getting better as the match wore on against Penn State Behrend, the Bulldogs weren't able to maintain a solid lead in the second set, as the Lions rallied for 10 straight scores to take the lead for good and go up 2-0. Brooklyn rallied late in the final set to cut PSB's lead to 24-20.
Ashley Fung led the way offensively for Brooklyn, finishing with a match-high 11 kills.
Ezri Shor set for a team-high 19 assists.
Brooklyn battled to the very end in the first two sets of their second match of the day against Kean. The Cougars cruised in the third set thanks in-part to a .400 hitting percentage on BC's .080.

Aleah Rafat, led the Bulldogs with 10 kills each while Shor added 28 more assists to her day. BC Freshman libero,
Zoey Van Vleet, came up with a match-high 16 digs.
