Bulldogs Roll to Non-Conference Sweep Over St. Elizabeth

Brooklyn, NY---With the entire team getting involved tonight, BC Women's Volleyball rolled to a non-conference sweep, 3-0 (25-16, 25-10, 25-10), of St. Elizabeth University at home.  BC improves to 6-3 with the win, while SEU drops to 0-3 to start their season.  Brooklyn will look to keep it rolling in the Ramapo Invitational this weekend.  

Trailing early in the opening set, the Bulldogs went on a 10-score rally to take a commanding 24-16 lead.  The Bulldogs hit .307 to the Eagles' -.025 for the match.

The Bulldogs found themselves down 2-0 to start the third set, but rattled off nine straight scores to cruise to their sixth victory of the season.  

Prior to tonight's match, junior setter, Ezri Shor was honored for surpassing 1,000 assists earlier this season.  

Sophomore outside hitter, Ashley Fung, led the way offensively with a match-high 14 kills.  Shor added 20 assists to her career total.  Freshman outside hitter led BC in both service aces (5) and digs (10) on the evening.  

Chantelle Charles led SEU with nine kills on the night.
