Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Women's Volleyball team scored a 3-0 (25-19, 25-9, 25-14) sweep of Purchase College to improve to .500 (2-2) on the young season. Purchase drops to 0-2.  Next Up: Brooklyn opens CUNYAC play on Saturday as the Bulldogs host York at 10am and Hunter at 2pm in a conference trimatch! 

The Rundown:

• Back-and-forth through most of the opening set, the Bulldogs scored three straight points to win the game. BC rolled in the second set, jumping out to a 14-3 lead and never looking back. Already leading 13-10 in the third set, the Bulldogs rallied for four straight scores to take a commanding lead and eventually close out the match on a kill put away by sophomore outside hitter, Sydney Gdanski. 
• Brooklyn put away 36 kills to the Panthers' 11 and sreved up 13 aces to PC's five.
