Coach Quotable (BC Head Coach - Luis Flores)
  • "It was great team win for the guys.  Everyone played well and made plays when needed, from our keeper, to the backs, to midfielders, to the forwards.  Looking forward to another competitive match against another tough oppoenent."
How It Happened
  • Despite falling to the Lightning during the regular season, it was the Bulldogs that controlled the tempo in the early goings of the match.
  • Following a couple of near goals, sophomore midfielder, Bradlej Cupi, scored the golden goal in 16 on an assist from freshman forward, Rayan Vukovic a few feet from the right of the goal.  It was Cupi's team-leading 10th net of the season.
  • BC outshot Lehman 9-6 in the first half.
  • Lehman didn't go down easily and outshot the Bulldogs 9-3 in the second half.  However, senior goalkeeper, Carl-Henry Obeissant, made huge saves down the stretch and veteran backs like Luis Garcia and Anoh Boutin made key defensive plays to secure the shotout victory.
  • Obeissant finished with 5 saves in all 90 minutes of action.
