Bronx, NY---The Brooklyn College women's tennis team dropped a heartbreaker in conference play at Lehman, 5-4, on Thursday.  BC moves to 1-5 overall and 1-4 in CUNYAC with the loss while the Lightning improves to 2-3 and 2-0 respectively.

• The Bulldogs travel to William Paterson for a non-conference match on Sunday, 10/8, at 12pm.  

How It Happened

• With the match tied, 4-4, the Lightning took the deciding singles match at #4 singles in three sets for the team victory.  
• Brooklyn trailed 2-1 heading into singles play. 

For the Bulldogs

• Sophia Kebadze and Allison Dubrow scored a win at No. 2 doubles, 8-1.  
• Diana Rezk would cruised to a win at No. 5 singles (6-1, 6-1). 
• Devorah Scheinfeld rolled at No. 3 singles (6-1, 6-0). 
• Linqing Zhu gave Brooklyn their third singles win of the afternoon at the No. 6 slot (6-1, 6-3).
