BROOKLYN, New York -------- Coming into Saturday afternoon's game, the Brooklyn College men's basketball team had not faced New York University in over six years. With their opponent ranked 9th in the nation, the Bulldogs hoped to keep it close like the previous four contests and get their first victory against them. Having dropped their last two games, most recently by a seven-point margin to Pratt, Brooklyn hoped to break that skid as well. Unfortunately, the Bulldogs would go on to lose the game 111-66, dropping to 1-10 overall, while NYU improves to 7-1 overall.
