Farmingdale, NY-----The Brooklyn College women's volleyball team had a non-conference setback on Friday, falling at Farmingdale State, 3-0 (25-20, 25-20, 29-27). Brooklyn moves to 3-5 overall with the loss while the Rams improve to 3-4.

How it Happened
- With Brooklyn leading 20-18 in the opening set, the Rams strung together seven straight scores to steal the first game.
- Brooklyn took another late lead in the second set, 20-15, before the home team rallied once again for ten straight scores.
- The Bulldogs would be the team to come back in the third set. Trailing 20-15, the Bulldogs strung together four unanswered points capped by a kill put away by Ayatallah Elkotby. The teams would trade points until the Rams pulled out the match on a pair of BC errors.
- Farmingdale put away 37 kills to the Bulldogs' 21 on the evening.
For the Bulldogs
- Junior outside hitter, Aleah Rafat, led the way offensively with six kills and pair of service aces.
- Junior outside hitter, Sydney Gdanski, added five kills while coming up with 11 digs.
