Brooklyn, NY--- The Brooklyn College Women's Basketball team picked up a decisive, 78-47 win against visiting Baruch on Wednesday evening, avenging their only conference loss this season. This victory extends Brooklyn's win streak to five, improving 6-1 CUNYAC and 11-6 overall, while Baruch drops 5-2 CUNYAC and 10-8 overall.

- The Bulldogs will travel to Lehman College on Friday to take on the Lightning at 7:00 pm in the Bronx.
How it happened:
- Brooklyn opened up the game with a 14-0 lead that Baruch was able to cut to 14-3 at the end of the first period.
- Brooklyn led for the entire game, while dominating the boards, 56-33, and holding the Bearcats to 29% from the field.
- Senior guard Destiny Drummond knocked down a big three with a little under a minute left in the third quarter, allowing the Bulldogs to keep the lead at the end of the third at 58-32.
- Brooklyn led by as many as 34 points, as four Bulldogs were in double-figures on the evening.

- Junior guard Alina Estrella scored a game high of 21 points and came up with 5 steals.
- Sophomore guard Dior Dorsey scored a total of 15 game points and 4 steals.
- Senior forward Sarah James followed close behind with a total of 14 game points.
