Bronx, NY----Despite a team-high 23 points scored by junior guard,
Malik Dale, the Brooklyn College men's basketball fell for the second time in conference play to Lehman College on the road on Friday. Brooklyn drops to 4-16 overall and 4-5 in CUNYAC while the Lightning improves to 11-8 and 7-2 respectively.

How It Happened
- Trailing by seven points with 9:21 left in the second half, the Bulldogs went on a 6-0 run, cutting the Lightning lead to 66-65 with 8:43 to go following a Dale three-point make. However, the home team would never relinquish their advantage and kick their lead back up to ten in the final minute of play.
- Brooklyn would find themselves trailing by as many as twelve points early in the second half before going on an 8-0 run sparked by a make in the paint by junior forward, Mekhi Barlow.
- Despite being in striking distance the entire contest, Brooklyn never led on the evening.
- Lehman outscored the Bulldogs 44-22 in the paint on the evening.
- Brooklyn shot 11-22 from behind the arc to the Lightning's 8-22.
- Lehman's DeAundre Manuel and Kai Parris combined for 46 points.
For the Bulldogs
- Dale shot 7-11 from behind the arc and grabbed four rebounds to go along with his team-high in scoring.
- Barlow added 12 points before fouling out.
- Junior guard, Aaron Davis, scored 12 points while knocking down a pair of three's.
- Junior guard, Stephon McGill, pulled down a game-high 15 rebounds.
