New York, NY----Facing a fifteen-point deficit at halftime, the Brooklyn College men's basketball team would eventually fall at Hunter College, 67-54, on Tuesday in conference play. BC moves to 4-17 overall and 4-6 in CUNYAC with the loss while Hunter goes to 10-11 and 7-3. Brooklyn splits the regular season series with the Hawks.

How It Happened
- With the score tied, 4-4, in the early goings of the contest, Hunter took the lead for a good beginning with a 15-2 run capped with 9:44 left in the first half. BC's Jaden Casanova scored the Bulldogs' next five points to cut the Hawks' lead to as few as nine points on a pair of occasions before the home team extended their lead to as many as 18 points in the first half.
- Brooklyn was able to cut the Hawks' lead to as few as 10 points following a made lay-in finished by junior guard, Stephon McGill, before the home team responded with a 7-0 run. Hunter would go on to lead by as many as 20 points in the second half.
- Hunter shot 14-29 from beyond the arc for the game to the Bulldogs' 1-14.
- The Hawks' Jack Meyers scored a game-high 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
For the Bulldogs
- McGill finished with a double-double for BC, scoring 10 points and grabbing 11 boards.
- Casanova scored 10 points and grabbed four rebounds in just his second collegiate game.
