Riverdale, NY----The Brooklyn College women's cross country team closed out their meet schedule at the 2024 CUNYAC Championships on Sunday at Van Cortlandt Park, placing sixth.  With a three-way tie for third, Baruch won the tiebreaker for the team bronze followed by Medgar Evers and CCNY.  John was this year's runner-up and Hunter went on to win their 10th straight conference title.

• Shirin Muratova led the way for Brooklyn, finishing 16th overall out of 65 runners on the 6K course with a time of 30:49.2. 
• Daniella Gostev finished immediately behind Muratova in 17th with a time of 30:55.9.  
• Alexa Whyte rounded out Brooklyn's top-three, finishing in 22nd Place with a time of 32:32.0.
