Flushing, NY---Playing their lone match of the Fall season, the Brooklyn College men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Pratt Institute on Thursday at the USTA National Tennis Center. Pratt closed out their Fall slate with a 3-2 mark. Next Up: Brooklyn opens their Spring slate on March 17, 2026 at home against Purchase at 3:30 pm.
Pratt scored three 6-0 shutouts in doubles to start the match. Brooklyn's
Dennis Shender battled at No. 2 singles, but was eventually outlasted (6-4, 4-6, 10-8) in a tie-breaker. After falling 6-1 in the first set at No. 5 singles,
Dylan Augustin made improvements in the second, but eventually fell, 6-3.
