Bronx, NY----Having already clinched the CUNYAC Regular Season title and No. 1 seed in the upcoming conference tournament, the Brooklyn College men's soccer team wasn't able to go undefeated in conference play as the Bulldogs fell at Lehman College, 3-0, in their regular season finale. Brooklyn moves to a 10-5-1 (5-1-1 CUNYAC) record entering the conference tournament while earning the most regular season wins for the program since 2012. Lehman improves to 7-2-4 with the victory at home. Next Up: Brooklyn earned a bye to the CUNYAC Championship Semifinals, which they will host on Saturday, November 1. Kickoff time is TBA.
A scoreless match through 36 minutes of play, Lehman's Ashraf Abubakar scored the eventual game-winner. The home team would strike again in the second half in 57' before tacking on one more goal with under two minutes to play for the final score.
