Brooklyn, NY---Brooklyn College Women's Tennis suffered their first conference loss of the season at home on Tuesday, falling to Hunter College, 7-0.  BC moves to 5-5 (3-1 CUNYAC) in defeat while the Hawks improved to 6-0 (3-0 CUNYAC).  Next Up: Brooklyn looks to bounce back at home in conference play on Thursday, 10/9, against John Jay at 3:00 pm.  

Alexis Goodman and Medina Kuc scored a 6-3 victory at No. 1 doubles.  However, the Hawks took No. 2 doubles, 6-1, and won by forfeit at the third flight.  

Brooklyn's Aniyah James had a strong showing in the second set at No. 2 singles, but was eventually outlasted (6-3, 7-6).  Anabel Greenberg battled in the first set at No. 5 singles, but eventually fell (6-3, 6-2).  Goodman also won five games in two sets of her match at No. 1 singles, but was defeated (6-2, 6-3).
