USTA NATIONAL TENNIS CENTER Flushing, NY------Playing for the regular season conference title and to run the table in conference, the Brooklyn College men's tennis wasn't able to knock off reigning conference champion, Baruch College, falling to the Bearcats, 8-1, on Thursday. Brooklyn moves to 5-6 (4-1 CUNYAC) while Baruch improves to 8-2 (3-0 CUNYAC). Next Up: The Bulldogs return to their non-conference slate at home on Monday against the United State Merchant Marine Academy at 4:00 pm.

Ryan Badre-Hume and
Maximiliano Jarry Monroy were victorious at the No. 3 slot in doubles, 8-6.
The Bearcats went on to take all six singles matches on the afternoon in straight sets. Jarry Monroy came close to forcing a third set, but eventually fell (6-3, 7-6 [7-1]). Badre-Hume fell at the No. 5 spot in singles (6-2, 6-3).
