Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Bulldogs Tripped Up at William Paterson

Wayne, NJ----The Brooklyn College men's soccer team dropped a tough 3-0 decision at William Paterson on Friday evening.  BC moves to 3-4 overall with the non-conference loss while the Pioneers improved to 3-3-1.  Next Up: Brooklyn will look to bounce back at home on Monday, 9/22, against borough foe, Pratt, at 5pm.

WPU scored all three goals of the match in the first 16 minutes of action.  Brooklyn was able to shut down the attack for the rest of the match.  However, the home team locked down defensively as well, allowing just one BC shot for the match.

The Pioneers outshot Brooklyn 19-1 for the match.  Brooklyn's Sadeek Brown managed the Bulldogs' lone shot of the match in 6', which was saved by the Pioneers' keeper.

Brooklyn sophomore goalie, Juan Carlos Solis Cazares, played the entire second half.  He didn't yield a goal and came up with a save.
