Brooklyn, NY----Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) on Thursday, the Brooklyn College Men's Cross Country team tied for third in the 2026 Preseason Coaches Poll. In addition, BC sophomore, Anthony King, was selected as a Runner to Watch in 2026. Brooklyn is slated to open the 2026 meet season at the Fred Pavlich Invitational hosted by Bard College on Saturday, September 5, under the guidance of third-year BC Head Coach, Eric Schrick.

Placing third at the 2025 CUNYAC Championships, the Bulldogs return three runners that finished in the top-ten at the conference championship meet.  

King led the way for Brooklyn in his freshman campaign, finished fourth overall at last year's conference championships.  He would go on to be named All-CUNYAC following the season.
