Biography

College: In 2009, finished with a time of 32:28 in the CUNYAC Championship.

High School:

Personal: An Exercise Science major with the goal of becoming a strength and conditioning coach. Also aspires to get her PHD in physical therapy. Gold Medalist at the 2008 East Coast Classic for Olympic Weight Lifting at the regional level. Recognized as the Best Novice Female Lifter at the same event in 2009. Currently working as a personal trainer.

Coach Lang Says: "Liz is one of the best athletes on the team and has been very strong in the initial team practices. She has the opportunities to be one of the better runners on the squad and has been one of the team leaders to this point."
