Annandale-on-Hudson, NY---The Brooklyn College Men's Tennis Team (2-8) lost a 5-4 match to Bard College on Friday evening in their final regular season match.  

Brooklyn was able to claim #1 doubles as Vesna Tan (New Utrecht / Brooklyn, NY) and Johnny Rolando (Abraham Lincoln / Brooklyn, NY) teamed up to defeat Bard's Quinn Olbrich (Boise / Boise, ID) and Joel Richmond (New Hartford / New Hartford, NY), 8-6.

Brooklyn's Clark Jean-Baptiste (Northwestern, Haiti / Brooklyn, NY) and Jeffrey Deng (New Utrecht / Oakland Gardens, NY) defeated Elias Moose (St. Francis Prep / Elmhurst, NY) and Skyler Dahan (New Roads / Santa Monica, CA) at #2 doubles, 8-5.

Jean Baptiste was also able to claim a win in his #2 singles match, defeating Richmond, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4.

In Brooklyn's other win on the day, Deng topped Yiwen Shen (Shangai Conservatory of Music / Shangai, China) 5-7, 7-6 (7-5), 6-3 in the longest match of the evening.

Brooklyn will head into the CUNYAC Tournament on Tuesday as the #7 seed and will battle #2 Hunter College.
