Brooklyn, NY --- The Brooklyn College Men's Tennis team dropped a CUNY Athletic Conference matchup to the Cardinals of York College, 6-3, battling through cold temperatues and windy conditions this afternoon. The Bulldogs fall to 1-3 overall (0-3 CUNYAC), while the Cardinals even their record to 1-1 (1-0 CUNYAC).

Freshman Judah Hirsch (Brooklyn, NY/Magen David Yeshivah) had another solid performance winning in number 4 singles, as well as number 3 doubles. Hirsch partnered up with senior Jeffrey Deng (Oakland Gardens, NY/New Utrecht) in doubles to take down the team of Akins Simons and Asandoh Jones 8-1 and later defeated Simons 6-4, 6-3 in singles action.

Junior Kristoffer Flores (Ozone Park, NY/St. Francis Prep) took home the third Bulldog victory of the match by outlasting Erick Giron 6-1, 2-6, 6-4 in number 3 singles.

Brooklyn will be back in action on Wednesday, March 31st, when the Bulldogs will travel to Saint Joseph's College (Brooklyn). Match is scheduled for a 6:00 pm start.
