Men’s Tennis Falls to Farmingdale State, 9-0

Farmingdale, NY --- The Brooklyn College Men's Tennis team dropped a non-conference match against the Rams of Farmingdale State College on Tuesday afternoon in Farmingdale, NY by a score of 9-0. With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 0-6 overall on the season, while the Rams improve to 3-0 overall on the year.

The day began with doubles play, as the Rams set the tone for their dominate play throughout the match, taking all three flights by scores of 8-0.

Farmingdale State would continue to cruise in singles play by taking all six flights for the 9-0 victory. Sophomore Anthony Chan battled through his #1 singles match against Christian Bormann, but would fall in the end by scores of 6-2, 6-3.

Brooklyn returns to action on Thursday, March 31st, as the Bulldogs will take on the Bears of St. Joseph's College – Brooklyn in a non-conference match. Start time is scheduled for 4:00 pm at the BC Tennis Courts.
