Box Score Brooklyn, NY --- The Brooklyn College Women's Volleyball Team fell in non-conference play on Saturday afternoon, falling to Bard,
25-19, 25-19, 25-18.The Bulldogs have suffered a 5-game losing streak, dropping them to 6-17 overall, while the Raptors improve to 12-18 overall.
The first and second sets were even, until Bard pulled ahead, taking the lead two times. Brooklyn could not recover from the deficit, and Bard's Tytravia Riley recorded two kills, and teammate Zoe Morgan-Weinman tallied one, sealing the deal for the Raptors.
The Bulldogs were fired up during the third set of the match, but Bard wasn't ready to give up. The score was tied early at 8-8, but shortly after the Raptors went on a four point run. Bard  didn't abandon their lead, and eventually closed out the third and final match, 25-18.
Briana Montana led the Bulldogs with nine digs and nine kills, while
Crystal Wu contributed 16 assists and
Christolia Butler added 7 kills.Â
The Bulldogs have four matches remaining, the first being the final CUNYAC contest of the year on Thursday, October 29, as Brooklyn travels to Baruch College at 7pm.
