Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College women's volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 (25-7,25-12, 25-13) victory over Yeshiva University this evening in their regular season finale. Senior outside hitter and preseason CUNYAC Player of the Year,
Sarina Rozek, who would be honored before the match as the Bulldogs' lone senior this season, finished with 12 kills. Brooklyn closed the 2017 regular season with a 17-12 record, which is the program's best in recent history. Yeshiva dropped to 1-13 heading into their final conference matches. The Bulldogs enter the upcoming CUNYAC Championships as the No. 2 seed and have a bye to the semifinal round on Friday, November 3rd, when they take on the winner of No. 3 seed John Jay and No. 6 seed Lehman who play on October 31st. The semifinals and finals will be played Hunter College on November 3rd.

-The Bulldogs cruised from the start, jumping out to a 15-3 lead in the opening game and closing it with a seven-point rally, capped by a kill put away by junior outside hitter
Pik Ka Tang.
-Already leading 22-12 in Game 2, it would be Rozek who started the three-point rally that finished the game with a kill. Junior outside hitter
Michaela Appel closed out the game with a kill.
-Yeshiva would hang around in the parts of the third game, but the Bulldogs would use a ten-point rally including four service aces sent by junior middle hitter
