Bulldogs Fall to CSI and John Jay in Tri-Meet

Staten Island, NY---The Brooklyn College women's swimming and diving team dropped both decisions of a tri-meet this evening at the College of Staten Island.  BC was outscored by the host, 139-51, and also fell to John Jay, 100-89, in conference action.  The Bulldogs drop to 2-6 overall and 1-3 against conference opponents with the losses.  Brooklyn will look to bounce back against Lehman College next Tuesday, January 21, at the West Quad Pool at 6pm.  

Meet Highlights
-Emily Yang took second in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 13:26.21.  She would go on to take second in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:38.58.  Yang closed out her evening with a second place finish in the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 6:33.02. 
-Angella Christopher took third in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 1:14.69. 
-Julie Huang took third in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:19.52. 
-Rachel Davidovich took third in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 1:09.96.
