Box Score Patchogue, NY----The Brooklyn College men's tennis team cruised to their second straight win at St. Joseph's Long Island, 8-1, in non-conference play on Wednesday.  Brooklyn improves to 3-1 on the season while the Golden Eagles dropped their Season Opener.  Next Up: The Bulldogs look to keep their momentum going at home on Friday against Farmingdale State at 3pm on the Roosevelt Courts.  

How It Happened

• Brooklyn swept doubles with Ryan Sham and Aymen Kuc victorious at the top flight, 8-2, Mordecai Lev and Denis Redzematovic taking No. 2 doubles, 8-1, and Mujibur Shaad and Allen MardaKhayev winning at the No. 3 slot, 8-1.  
• The Bulldogs rolled in singles on the evening. Sham won at the top slot (6-1, 6-0).  Shaad had little trouble at No. 3 singles, (6-2, 6-1).  Lev didn't lose a game at No. 4 singles, (6-0, 6-0).  Redzematovic won in straight sets at No. 5, (6-1, 6-4).  Mardakhayev wrapped up Brooklyn's dominant performance on the day with a 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 6 singles.
