New York, NY----The Brooklyn College women's swimming and diving team fell in their conference opener on the road at John Jay, 66-29, on Friday night.  BC moves to 0-4 in dual meets to start the season while the Bloodhounds improved to 2-3.  Next Up: Brooklyn remains on the road on Sunday at Mt. St. Mary (NY) in a double dual with the men's team.

First-year Bulldog, Elizabeth Bailey-Hamm, had a pair of First Place finishes on the evening in the 50 freestyle and 100 yard freestyle.  Daniela Ayala had Brooklyn's third First Place finish of meet in the 500 freestyle.  Yara Shaik took second in the 100 backstroke.
