Brooklyn Men's Swim & Diving Completes 2024-25 Season on Last Day of Metros

Piscataway, NJ----The Brooklyn College men's swimming and diving team wrapped up the 2024-25 meet season on Sunday on the final day of the Metropolitan Swimming and Diving Collegiate Championships hosted by Rutgers University.  BC took 4th Place out of the eight teams competing on the weekend. Baruch won the event with NCA Division II, Roberts Wesleyan, placing second and Gordon College following in third.

Day 3 Bulldog Highlights 
  • Sophomore, Michael Kravets, began the afternoon with a Second Place finish in the mile freestyle final with a time of 17:20.92.  Later on in the program, Kravets grabbed a bronze medal in the 200 yard butterfly final with a time of 2:09.43.  
  • Senior, James Lee, took 16th out of 22 swimmers in the 100 yard freestyle final.  
  • Sophomore, Nicholai Krylyuk, swam to 11th place in the 200 yard backstroke final.
