Brooklyn, NY----Announced by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday, BC senior center, Sheily Quezada, and senior guard, Anna Kitch, were named to the organization's Academic All-District Team for their efforts on the court and in the classroom.  Both helped Brooklyn to a 24-5 overall record, a CUNYAC Championship appearance, and an ECAC Championship appearance.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.

Quezada sports a 3.65 GPA as a Business Administration major.  She played in 27 games while making 24 starts this past season, ranking second on the team in rebounds (7.4 rpg) and second in CUNYAC in blocks (2.1 bpg).  

Kitch owns a 3.50 GPA as a Business Administration major.  She was recently named First Team All-CUNYAC after another standout season on the court, ranking first on the team in rebounding (9.8 rpg), second in scoring (11.9 ppg), and first in three-point field goals (44).
