Brooklyn, NY --- The Brooklyn College Men's Volleyball Team (2-9, 2-4 CUNYAC) fell in three sets to Hunter College (14-11, 7-0 CUNYAC) by scores of 30-15, 30-15, and 30-23 on Thursday evening.

Brooklyn was paced by junior Jason Demas (William C. Bryant / Astoria, NY), who recorded seven kills and four digs in the match.  Setter David Mayerson (Lawrence / North Woodmere, NY) posted team-high 11 kills and seven digs. Roger Ruiviver (Herricks / Herricks, NY) chipped in with seven digs of his own.

The Hawks were led by Jerin Kallickal (Sewanaka / Sewanaka, NY) with 14 kills and a hitting percentage of .5000. Setter Miguel Pena (Las Vegas / Las Vegas, NV) recorded a match-high 29 assists.

BC will next play on Saturday, February 21st at a CUNYAC Multi-Match at Hunter College.  Brooklyn will play York College at 11:00 am and York College at 1:00 pm.
