New York, NY---The Brooklyn College (5-15, 4-10 CUNYAC) dropped their final regular season game of the season to City College of New York (8-19, 6-8 CUNYAC) on Tuesday night in a thrilling 5-set match. 

Brooklyn opened the match by taking the first two sets, 30-28, 30-25.  CCNY then got momentum back by taking the third set, 30-26.  City then took the fourth set by the same score, 30-26.  In the fifth and deciding set, CCNY was able to edge out Brooklyn, 16-14, taking the match.

Brooklyn was paced by Tommy Ma (New Utrecht / Brooklyn, NY), who recorded a match-high 30 kills and 27 digs.  David Mayerson (Lawrence / North Woodmere, NY) added a seaon-best 55 assists.

Both squads will look to prep for the upcoming CUNYAC Tournament, which will begin next Tuesday at the location of the top 4 seeds.
