Men’s Volleyball Falls to John Jay on Senior Night

Box Score Brooklyn, NY --- In its 2015 regular season finale on Thursday evening at the West Quad Center, the Brooklyn College Men's Volleyball team fell to the Bloodhounds of John Jay College of Criminal Justice in straight sets in City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) action.

Prior to the start of the match, senior Vaughn Ford, a three-year member of the BC Men's Volleyball program, was recognized for his hard work and dedication throughout his tenure.

Playing in his final match, Ford finished the night with four kills, three assists and a solo block. Shawn Varghese also finished with four kills, to go along with three total blocks (two solo and one assist), while also adding two assists and four digs. Ian Miranda chipped in with nine digs.

John Jay was led by Jack Palleschi's team-high 15 kills. He also added 12 digs. Yevgeniy Remennik and Nicholas Anderson each finished with nine kills apiece, while Anderson also paced the offense with 29 assists. Remennik contributed with 13 digs as well.
